Sports fanatic turned corporate executive turned sports business owner, Mark has over 25 years of professional experience in the Sports Management Business. Specializing in sport-specific training, Mark's dynamic approach to sports and fitness brings athletes and clients alike to the next level. He studied Sports Management, Recreation and Fitness and holds a degree from Washington State University. He also holds several higher level coaching certificates and is a Certified Sports Specialist from NIRSA. He has personal athletic experience with lacrosse, basketball, baseball, football, soccer, and volleyball, including experience at the collegiate level in lacrosse for W.S.U. and U.P.S. He has been very involved with coaching and mentoring youth athletes and has held previous leadership roles with a local youth clubs and on the Washington state boy's lacrosse board as President and VP. He believes the details make a difference in life and sports.
Leslie studied Exercise Science and Dietary Nutrition at Central Washington University. She holds her degree and certifications with the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) as a group exercise instructor and with YogaFit to instructor Yoga. Her experience ranges from owning a Corporate Wellness Consulting company for the past 20 years and conducting fitness testing and prescribing exercise to clients. Leslie has completed over 10 Marathons, played collegiate volleyball on scholarship and won a state H.S. Softball Championship. Her passion is her family, running and nutrition.
